Beef prices are steep due to COVID Hoax, other than that the wait staff was super friendly and jalapeno coins are yummy.

This iconic drive has consistently good food and service!

Not sure why we waited so long to come here. It was EXCELLENT. The strawberry malt was delicious as was the cheeseburger. Very retro place doesn't seem like much has been changed here in a long time. Stop by and experience that old time feel.

Lived here 19 years. Susie Q's has always been a go to place when we have "out of area" guest, they love the quaintness and history of it. Food is always good. And to top it off, they LOVE VETERANS!!! Mention you are a vet and get your drink free. If you forget to mention it, they will ask as they want to show some appreciation. Thanks Susie Q.

I have been enjoying this little mom and pop's dinner since 1991. Any time I'm in the neighborhood I stop by. One of my favorite greasy spoons. Keep up the great work!

Old-fashioned burger joint, open seasonally. Excellent cheeseburgers, curly fries & tots, hot and fresh. Milkshakes SO thick you need a spoon, yummy. People friendly, efficient & hard working. This is not golden arches...order at walk-up window & they call yr number when ready. Patience people! Cooking from scratch! Only drawback is difficult to access - local favorite & VERY busy, especially during our lovely summer days. One of very few places I've given 5 stars.

Wow! What a great local place for ice cream, and my favorite, the pork sandwich. Will definitely be retuning. We used to eat at this place about 40 years ago when heading out of town to go to Missouri for family reunions. Still a great place.

I love Susie Q. A long standing family favorite, they have the best malts, hands down. I wish I still lived on that side of town so I could enjoy it more! Terrific old school diner food in drive-in style, with great prices.

Atmosphere was cool but I felt VERY rushed ordering and there's so much that doesn't even have a description (like all the speciality sandwiches) and no menu to look at at the window while you order so I just kinda went for it. Feeling so rushed, I didn't feel I could ask questions. The burgers we're good but that's about where it stopped. The fries weren't great (even my kids wouldn't eat them) and beware, the Susie Q fries, while they sound awesome, are just completely unseasoned curly fries (yet another item that has no description). I might try a shake sometime, or go for JUST the burger-maybe.

Best malt shop ever! The staff was great and up beat. All time favorite ice cream topping is butterscotch and this place has it. Ordered a butterscotch malt and it was as good as I remember it should taste like. Must try if you haven't!

The shakes are great.

Ham and cheese melt, curly fries, and banana malt are a must have! Burgers are great too! The patties are a good size and I recommend getting the single patty. Friendly crew and great service. Call ahead or you may end up waiting 20+ minutes.. but well worth the wait!

We were turned away because they were About to close in 15 minutes. ABOUT to close , no way to do business, I watched them turn others away also. Saturday night not even 8:00 yet and your turning people away . Good thing you don’t need the business. By the way it does not take that long to make a hotdog , just saying.

Such a better place to go to get malts

They are great!!! I've been going there since 1975. It's, in my opinion a tradition and so much more than that. It's been with me my entire life! I was born with and had the pleasure of it being a constant part of my life. So many memories!!!

Highly recommend! Delicious, fresh food! Funnel fries were incredible as well. The malts were also really good! I'm from Missouri & I'll definitely be returning.

Do you wanna feel like you just went back into time! Sitting in your car while you eat an amazing burger an fries! Whiling washing it down with a shake! Then this is the place to go. Been coming here for years. An I have never been disappointed. Susie Q is literally the best place to eat in NWA.

An old fashioned drive in. Park and walk up to place your order, then wait in car until your number is called. Get your food. I had a BLT and it was great. Ill be back.

Quaint, run down, easy to order. The staff has an annoying phrase "Lucky number X". Not everyone gets to have the lucky number!! We enjoyed the atmosphere as the eclectic people we are... my wife and I

Excellent, fresh, affordable, swift, and varied. The curly fries are not seasoned. All orders are "to go" but there is a picnic table available. I had not visited in some time, but the place still has quality, hometown products and atmosphere. Parking is available, but is close to a busy street and a light, so maybe five cars at a time, tops. The vanilla shake was excellent. The fries were fresh-- not fried in old oil. The tomato and lettuce were excellent. The meat was real. I will likely try a different meal next time just for something new.

Wonderful little local spot... loved it and will be back again. There is a little bit of a wait but so worth it in the end.

It was those best! Tasted like Sonic fresh fries and awesome lime aid. Fried pickles and shake were excellent! A++++. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Susie Q is a Rogers classic. Fried mushrooms and Limeades did not disappoint today.

Wasn't what I remember. Tastes let me down! After waiting 45 mins. It seem things have gone down hill.

Cons. Location kinda stinks on a very busy corner. Food is ok. Nothing to write home about.they could season their food more and it’s bland. It not bad and I would go back for the reasons listed below. Pros. VERY good Malts. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Prices are good. And they give vets a discount so that’s always good.
